Overview

What this module does

Player Tracking records and analyzes player operations across the casino, a selected gaming hall or one visitor. Staff can review activity in total or by currency and open individual operations for closer examination.

The source materials list Cash In / Out, Chips In / Out, Credit In / Out, Hold, Rolling and Dropbox In. The documented cash result is Cash Out − Cash In − Dropbox In + Credit Out − Credit In. The gaming-session result is Chips Out − Chips In + Dropbox In. The two figures are expected to match when all relevant operations are entered fully and on time. The system is intended to help teams understand their visitor base and support loyalty, return visits, longer machine play and targeted marketing; these are business goals, not guaranteed results.

How it fits into Everest

Player Tracking combines information from the Cash Desk, Table Inspector and connected slot-system modules. This gives staff one place to review the guest’s recorded activity while retaining the source transaction details.
