Visitor & game controls

Guest history and identification

Reception and Player Details give staff a record of visitor information, visits and gaming activity. The system key points describe warnings and indicators that help staff check a visitor record before or during service.

  1. Detailed information about a visitor’s visits and gaming activity.
  2. Information about game bans and game-specific details.
  3. Alerts when a registered visitor arrives.
  4. A Black List status for a visitor.
  5. Configurable indicators that can be set and displayed in the system.
  6. A warning when a registration resembles an existing visitor record.
  7. A warning when a visitor’s entry subscription is about to expire.
  8. A warning when a configured money limit is exceeded.
Transaction & staff controls

Controls around sensitive operations

  1. A visitor card must be present for cashier operations.
  2. Cashier operations can be captured with a photograph.
  3. Staff use personal authorization to access the system.
  4. Inspector operations can require confirmation with a personal card.
  5. Inspector includes Opener / Closer procedures.
  6. Everest can integrate with access-control equipment such as turnstiles.
  7. System materials describe encrypted data stored on duplicated Everest database servers; the CMS overview specifically identifies encryption for financial data.

Controls are subject to installed modules, roles, local operating procedures and connected hardware. The documents describe product functions; final policy and configuration are specific to each casino.
