Overview

What this module does

EGM Manager is the slot-operations workspace described in the Everest Black system deck. It brings together analysis, monitoring and control of player operations on electronic gaming machines and the machines themselves.

It supports review of operations such as average bet, bills in, ticket in / out, AFT in / out, promotional tickets and handpays. It collects events and machine counters for status monitoring, player-game result calculation, actual slot results and theoretical hold percentage analysis. The deck names EGM Live Monitor, EGM Activity, Player Tracking, EGM Tracking, EGM Event Log, Tickets, Registered Bills, Handpays and Payer List; the other CMS description additionally names AFT Transfers.

The full set of slot views — event log, tickets, registered bills, handpays, tracking and player results — belongs to EGM Manager, of which this monitor is one component. What can be shown for a given machine depends on the SAS feed and the equipment configuration.

Connected workflow

How it fits into Everest

The connected slot system supplies machine events and counters. EGM Manager organizes them into specialist views; Player Tracking and reporting can use relevant information when the installed interface supplies it.
