Overview

What this module does

EGM Live Monitor is the live view of the slot floor. It shows the activity of the connected gaming machines as it happens, alongside a companion view of what guests and machines are doing at the present moment.

The full set of slot views — event log, tickets, registered bills, handpays, tracking and player results — belongs to EGM Manager, of which this monitor is one component. What can be shown for a given machine depends on the SAS feed and the equipment configuration.

Connected workflow

How it fits into Everest

The monitor turns machine messages and counters into operational views. Those records help staff examine machine state and activity, while connected slot data can supply player-session and result calculations.
