Overview

What this module does

The points account is a shared loyalty balance whose history shows where points came from. The materials describe points earned from gaming activity, rolling programs and manual management awards.

Gaming-activity points can use a formula based on theoretical loss and the player’s status. Points for rolling participation and manual credits are also described. Points are calculated in the casino’s internal currency and can be used for services offered by the casino. The accounting module supports crediting and debiting with predefined references; back-end rules can deduct expired points by category and reassign personal discounts when a player’s status changes.

  • Single account with a history of point sources
  • Gaming-activity rules based on theoretical loss and player status

Services

Record a service provided to a guest and settle it against the points held on the guest's account. The system materials show a guest list with card number, name, status, points balance and discount, searchable by card number or name and filterable by status. For the selected guest the module shows the current balance, the service being recorded, the discount that applies, the settlement currency and the amount, together with a comment field and the guest's photograph for identification.
