Overview

What this module does

The slot-management system collects machine states, events and counters through the SAS protocol. It gives operations teams a way to review machine activity and status across the gaming floor.

The system description identifies machine activity monitoring, reports and statistics, and touch-screen workstations with RFID cards for player sign-in. The information available depends on each connected machine and its configured components. Collected counters and events support review of machine activity and calculation of actual slot results, theoretical hold percentages and machine outcomes.

Connected workflow

How it fits into Everest

Slot events and player activity can feed the EGM Live Monitor and Player Tracking views. TITO transactions are reviewed alongside the related machine activity where supported by the connected equipment.
